Oure Wines

Every bottle from our 1.3-hectare plot in Kvemo Khodasheni is a pure expression of Kakhetian earth and subterranean Qvevri maturation. Our cellar houses two distinct lines that share the same natural, low-intervention philosophy:

Ugly Fellas' Wine

Our Joint Project as Three Fellas

Crafted together by Giorgi, Irakli, and Aleksandre, this label is built on shared laughter, unpretentious fellowship, and a passion for honest Georgian wine. Raw, unhurried, and bottled without additives or filtration, these wines are made for long evenings around a warm table.

Golden Oriole

Giorgi's Personal Micro-Label

Named after the Golden Oriole—known locally in Kakheti as Bicho Gogia—whose distinctive song fills the valley each spring. As an ornithologist, Giorgi created this line to honor the connection between birdlife, biodiversity, and the living ecosystem of our vineyard.

Our Native Grape Varieties

Growing on around 1.3 hectares of sun-drenched Kakhetian soil, our vines represent ancient indigenous varieties that have called this land home for millennia:

  • Rkatsiteli — Amber / Qvevri White. The iconic white grape of Kakheti. Fermented and aged with full skin contact in underground Qvevri for six months, it emerges as a structured amber wine with vibrant minerality, notes of dried apricots, subtle spice, and clean natural acidity.
  • Kisi — Amber / Qvevri White. An ancient, highly expressive grape variety. When aged in Qvevri, Kisi delivers delicate floral aromas, stone fruit complexity, and a rich, velvety texture on the palate.
  • Saperavi — Red / Qvevri Red. The undisputed king of Georgian red grapes. A teinturier grape (dark skin and dark juice) that produces a deeply pigmented, full-bodied red wine packed with dark berry notes, wild herbs, firm tannin structure, and rich earthiness.
  • Mtsvane / Khikhvi — Aromatic Whites. Complements our white lineup with delicate aromatics, bright acidity, and hints of tropical fruit and wildflower honey.

Small Batches. No Mass Production.

We deliberately keep our production small. We do not make mass-market wine—what ends up in the bottle depends entirely on nature, the vintage, and what our 1.3 hectares yield each year.

In our early years, to supplement our yields as our young vines matured, we purchased grapes from trusted friends in the Georgian Natural Wine Association who share our strict organic standards. Year by year, as our own vineyard matures, more and more of every bottle comes directly from our own soil in Kvemo Khodasheni.
