An ornithologist, a psychiatrist, and an IT specialist walked into a Kakhetian plot of land.
What started as a personal quest to craft pure wine for our own table quickly outgrew our personal cellar. Today, we make natural wine the ancient Georgian way—for our fellas, and for anyone pulling up a chair at our table.

Our 1.3-hectare plot sits in the heart of Kakheti, sheltered by the Gombori Range and overlooking the Alazani Valley. We cultivate native grapes using organic practices, letting subterranean clay Qvevris and wild yeasts shape every vintage.
